Christmas Tree Farm

We headed out to get our Christmas tree a few weekends ago. The plan was to cut our own tree, but the selection was pretty weak....so we ended up with a beautiful 10 foot Frasier Fir that came from the NC mountains.

The farm where we went had these hilarious turkeys that Hudson was very interested in.

Before we left.

At the tree farm.

Mike assured me he had this situation under control....

Notice he's eating some of the crackers we brought for the turkeys.

Chasing turkeys is dangerous work.

He was a mud ball when it was all said and done.

Surveying Da-dee's work.

Hey you know your child is having fun if he is covered in mud....the poor Turkeys they probably thought they were going to get eaten if they saw him with the axe earlier- good thing he had on his rubber boots so they could out run him ..thanks for the pictures
