My friend Lisa and I went to HEAT this morning for a 6am TRX workout. I love that place! This video of Elizabeth Hasselbeck's workout is very similar to what we do there. I don't especially love E.H. or her opinions but she's in great shape, no argument there. And look - she's wearing Lululemon crops. :-) Mike has grown tired of my 8+ year addiction to LLL. He can take that up with my enabler, Penny Turner.

Wow--I never realized she was in such great shape! That's quite a tough-looking workout but obviously well worth it
